Welcome To Freeland Conservation Club, the “Friendliest Club” around.  Feel free to give us a call or come out for a visit.  There is always a pot of coffee on and someone to chat with. 

Our hours of operation are:

  • Wednesday:  10:00am - 9:00pm
  • Saturday:     10:00am - 4:00pm
  • Sunday:       10:00am - 4:00pm

We offer Sporting Clays, Trap, Skeet & 5 Stand.

New to shooting sports or just need a few tips???  Most Saturdays you will find plenty of folks able to assist you in getting the most from your shooting experience.

Our club is located on 59 acres of woods and 10 acres of field.  We have 10 stations of Automated Sporting Clays, a Covered Elevated 5 Stand, 1 Skeet Field and 1 Voice Activated Trap Field.  

We pride ourselves in being the "Friendliest Club" in the area and always try to lend a helping hand to new shooters.

Annual New Years Day Shooting and Potluck. Friday Jan 1, 2016

Join us for our annual New Years Day Shooting and Potluck. We will be open from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Bring a dish to pass if you wish. Shoot some targets, enjoy some great company and food. This has been a popular family friendly event for years!!

Hunter Education Class

Class is available for anyone needing to obtain a hunters education certificate. You must have this certificate to get a hunting license in any state or country.  Open to all ages; 10 and younger must be accompanied by parent. Tuesday, July 21    6:00 pm - 9:30 pmWednesday, July 22   6:00 pm - 9:30 pmThursday, July 23   6:00 pm – 9:30 pm *Must attend all 3 days to receive certificate!

Vintage Fun Shoot – Event with Bay County Conservation Club

This is a two day event!  Saturday, July 11, Day 1 is at Bay County Conservation & Gun Club.  Sunday, July 12, Day 2 is at Freeland Conservation Club.   Score cards turned in by 3:00. Cost $25. Light lunch to be provided. Additional re-shoots are $10 per gun (2 rounds of vintage skeet) – re-shoots must be with a different gun. 50 targets: 2 rounds of vintage skeet. Handicap rules for sub-gauge. Trophies to the top 3 places. Modern Gun and Vintage Gun Classifications. Sub Gauge Handicap Applies. 

New Sunday Hours 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Effective Sunday July 13, the club will be open Sundays from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Two extra hours to break targets!
